You can buy the maps at the kiosks that show you where they are, or if you want to save your spending money for other things, you can just use this dude's guide:

NOTE: The ONLY way to get "Master Agent" is to collect all the disks first. Make sure you do both on the same playthrough!

See this guide by erod550 at xbox360achievements.org for a complete walkthrough of all 50 data disc locations. Remember that you have to get all 50 silver discs to be able to buy everything for the Master Agent trophy so don't miss one.

in stores at the beginning of levels, buy a map and hints on it in the form of marked places where there are disks
