Self explanatory. Complete all story missions and side missions in the Desert Jewel section of the game. You may earn this trophy on the Causal Difficulty. This trophy will unlock after the Mission Select screen has loaded upon completion of the level/requirements. This trophy will pop after the Mission Select screen has loaded upon completion of the final mission. Here is a list of missions in Desert Jewel section of the game:
