For this Trophy you will need to use a commando class character like Scarlet.
In the Arctic Arsenal: Rocket House mission, there is a commando door at the start of the level. It is in the 2nd cut-away opening on the RHS.

Another self-explanatory trophy. In each mission there is at least one Blue Door that can only be opened with a certain class of characters. Ability Doors contain point clusters, files/intel/contacts, or lead to the Storm Shadow battles. If you find an ability door and have the incorrect characters, there is sometimes a Joe Switcher (Pod) nearby. All you have to do is walk up to a door with the proper class character and hold 
to gain entry. This trophy can be unlocked on Casual Difficulty. Commando characters include:
