How to unlock the Thanks for the Memories achievement in Galacticare - Definitive Guide

Each chapter has rewards for 3, 4, and 5 stars reached. You only need one from each reward track so placing every 3 star item down in the chapter 11 hospital will work.

1. Salazon Poster (Art>Posters)
2. Burning Moon Poster (Art>Posters)
3. Tube Cube (Art>Other)
4. Photonymph Tank (Curious Decor>Other)
5.Pyrestone Crust Sample (Art>Other at the bottom)
6. Dr. Ohdious Wanted Poster (Art>Posters)
7. Ichor Sample (Art>Other at the bottom)
8. Upcycled Flora (Art>Other)
9. Retro Spiralis (Plants)
10. Cabal Poster (Art>Posters)

The list there is pretty incorrect. I'll try and clean it up for simplicity's sake:

Curious: Other
* Photonymph Tank
* Pyrestone Crust Sample
* Ichor Sample
* Cabal Implant Display

Plants: Retro Spiralis
* Any of the retro spiralis (not the regular one, it's further down)

Objects: Art - Posters
* Salazon Poster
* Burning Moon Poster (I had 3 and placed two of them but YMMV)

Thank for the list.
5.Pyrestone Crust Sample (Art>Other at the bottom)
and
7. Ichor Sample (Art>Other at the bottom)
were both in Curious decorations for me.
