You can press cn_A to speed up your bouncing character and get through the levels a little quicker but if you want this achievement, get to any boss and DON'T press it. The achievement will pop once they're defeated.

You speed yourself up by using . Simply don’t use it on a boss level to get this trophy. This will be easiest on the first boss, as it is the easiest to avoid without using boost. I personally didn’t even know that speeding up was a thing until this trophy popped. You can combine this with Flawless Victory by not dying at all, but you don’t have to, so you can die as much as you want making this trophy super easy.

Acceleration, in principle, can not be used at all throughout the entire game. The acceleration is insignificant and does not particularly affect the speed of the game.
