Generator Rex: Agent of Providence

After learning the Omega Charge you will bash down an Orange gate. Kill the wolfs and three guys shooting at you and head up the stairs. Do NOT drop off the balcony where the wall is damaged. Instead go to the left where one of the guys were shooting from and break down the door. Pick up the football (or soccer ball to some lol) and you have this achievement.
