How to unlock the Full House achievement in Get Fit With Mel B - Definitive Guide
This might be a tough one if you approach it the wrong way. I'm actually using the game for fitness and weight loss and I started to do a challenge every so often just for the extra exercise. Some are very long sessions - Dance for example and Combat both have water breaks, although the dance one is right before the last exercise. If you have played the normal workouts there is little here to baffle you, but you do need to get started on each one quickly to get the best score.
It is possible to get a low score on some and still get a gold - Dance is my worst one as I have NO co-ordination! So I did a couple in the 70% range to start and thought I had blown it, but later ones I kept in the 90s and got it.
Abs Attack and the Leg one are the two shortest with only a few exercises but they are tough.
All of the Challenges have the same benefit in that you do at least 16+ of each exercise so if you lose it at the start you can catch up as you go.
Worth practising when you get chance to make sure you don't drop the ball on any moves, but if you do these when warmed up, you should sail through - I did each one first time excepting the Abs Attack which I got a silver on first and then managed to position myself better - it's a floor exercise and it's better to be slightly angled to the Kinect rather than straight on.
Pump those muscles! 70G!
