In the main menu under Extra Modes you can find an option called "Mission Mode". Just like the other missions, the bonus objectives do not matter for this achievement!
In my opinion this is one of the easiest if not THE easiest mission to complete. All you have to do is kill enemys with the mine gun, besides one room with those plant things that shoot green parabolic pattern type orbs and the missile super droids at the end of this mission, you'll rarely be in a situation where you can't avoid damage.
Also just as a forewarning, once the mines get destroyed, they eject green projectiles in a semi-circle pattern so make sure you're far away from them :)
