Welcome to my 100% Achievement Guide for Ghost Files (MOAC)!
(Note, When there is no commentary in the video, i had to mute for copyright reasons)
There are plenty of HOPs throughout the game, but the easiest one i found was to do the first one you come across in chapter 1 when you enter the sewer (3rd HOP overall).
There are only 5 items to find here, so you can simply do this with the "Steady Hand" Achievement (For not making a mistake in a HOP),

When you pause the scene it stops the timer.
On ANY hidden object scene just pause the scene when it starts then find 2 or 3 items while its paused then unpause and quickly click on the items you found then pause again and repeat the process until you have found all the items.
