Welcome to my 100% Achievement Guide for Ghost Files (MOAC)!
(Note, When there is no commentary in the video, i had to mute for copyright reasons)
There are a few minigames throughout the game, but the easiest one i found was in chapter 2.
At the end, you have to fight a cop (Who looks suspiciously like Freddie Mercury), the mini game has you inputting and following a sequence.
So it will be either
or 
you have to follow twice.
Then you have to disarm him by again following a pattern only once.
I made a mistake first off and still got this with ease.
