Before the training area, there are a couple of firemen poles you can interact with. Simply slide down any of the poles available and you get the achievement.

Likely the first achievement you'll get. When you first gain control of your character, there's a fire pole right in front of you. Run up to it and press the interact button.

Besides, you know you want to anyway. Why take the stairs when there's a pole? Wheeee!

Just slide down any pole in the firehouse (Ghostbusters HQ).

There are two poles on the second floor of the firehouse. Anytime you are there just interact with one to slide down and bingo, bronze trophy.
