Travel to the Mount Olympus area, and head towards the Search for Merch quest. (Synchronize with the tower to reveal the quest location.) Go to the left of the God of Merch questgiver, up the steps to the door. Go right to the ledge of the cliff and hop down to where there is a burning torch. Jump down, and jump down again to where there is landing with stairs. Go up it and pay 5 currency for a boat ride.

This is a quick one and should take under a minute from the Mount Olympus goat tower to the achievement pop.
