How to unlock the Goat Queen achievement in Goat Simulator - Definitive Guide

Directly in front of you when you spawn, you will see a tower with a spiral staircase. Go up the staircase and enter the black door at the very top. Once inside, go forward, through the doors, and jump on the throne in order to transform and gain this achievement.

Once you are the Queen of Goat Ville, go to the sacrifical circle in the corner of the map, and spawn 4 goats in the circle. Go and lick a human and bring them into the circle as well. With 5 total items in the circle, a ritual will begin, changing you into the Devil Goat, unlocking the following achievement:

Right in the area where you first start the game. Climb the spiral staircase of the Goat Tower and enter the dark window at the top.

You will be transported to the Goat Palace, enter the Grand Hall and jump on the throne at the end.

Once you are transported back the map, the achievement will unlock.

There's a tower with a curved staircase around its exterior. Climb that and enter the doorway at the top (the one at the bottom contains a statue) and you will be transported to the throne room.
I'm not sure if this is necessary, but I first approached and jumped onto the throne and it spit larger flames.
Then this seems to be required: I then approached the bowing subjects and licked (cn_X) a few of them until I was transported out of the throne room and the achievement unlocked.

Text Solution:
Will do a step list for achieving this achievement:
• In GoatVille spawn, Locate the round tower like building. It is same fenced area you start in.
• It easier to get the achievement if you use the double jump and angel goat mutator. (To get the angel goat mutator, just do nothing for 5 minutes and it will give you achievement also.)

• If still not found, it has curved stairway. Also a collectible if you into that stuff.
• Go up to upper most dark opening
• You will teleported to your soon to be throne room
• Go sit on the throne and the achievement will be yours with ability to spawn peasants

For Goat Queen, just head into the tower near where you start via the door at the top. Head forward from here and sit in the throne for a while to unlock the achievement.

In the interest of making as much of a one-stop-shop as possible apart from collectibles, I've compiled all 28 achievements that aren't related to the two big sets of collectibles into one video. Goat Queen can be seen at the 00:07 mark.

The achievement is located on the first map called "Goat Ville". I created a video which shows all 19 achievements that can be obtained on this map. In the video I always start from the spawn point and go to the achievement location. The spoiler under the video contains a timeline with all achievements.

For the Goat Queen achievement you see in front of the spawnpoint a spiral staircase. Go to the top and enter the black door, inside go to the throne and jump on the throne at the end. After you port back, the achievement unlocks.

For this one you need to spawn in Goat ville. behind you when you spawn will be a small tower you can climb, it will look like a children play castle type building. If you climb the tower to the top and go through the entrance you will find a massive castle room. If you go to the other side of the room passed all of the goats and jump on the throne you will get the Goat Queen power and your achievement will pop.

To unlock, head to the tower near your spawn in GoatVille. Head up the spiral stairway and go into the opening. This should take you to a throne room, and all you have to do is go and sit on the throne at the back of the room and the achievement should pop.

Start a game in GoatVille. Climb to the top of the Goat Tower in the yard where you spawn. Enter the top door and you will teleport into a throne room. Sit in the thone to unlock the achievement

Starting from the spawn point with the house behind you, in the far left corner of the fenced-in area you are in you will see a short tower with a spiral staircase. Walk up to the top and go through the black door at the top. You will appear in front of a large door. Go through it into a throne room and walk straight ahead to the throne. Jump on the throne and fire will spew from it. When you are teleported back to the yard after about five seconds, the message "GOATS FOR THE GOAT THRONE" appears on the screen, unlocking the achievement.

The video below shows how to unlock every achievement in the game except "Try Hard" and "I Freaking Love Goats". Refer to those individual achievements for their videos.
