Text Solution:
Will do a step list for achieving this achievement:
• From the spawn point head out to the fields
• When out on the field, scan the tree lines for a bounce rocks that looks like stone hedge(big stone stacked on each other)
• Run over and just cn_RT for head butting them
• The monument will be destroyed and the achievement will be yours.

Another one that's right near the starting location.

Turn to look at the field/dirt track area. Right near that you'll see the Stonehenge rocks aka "Goathenge"

Simply bash, ram, or headbutt most of the stones and you'll pop this easy 30G

The achievement is located on the first map called "Goat Ville". I created a video which shows all 19 achievements that can be obtained on this map. In the video I always start from the spawn point and go to the achievement location. The spoiler under the video contains a timeline with all achievements.

For the What is its purpose? achievement you have to "destroy" a stonehenge clon. You can find the Goathenge in front of the spawn point. Go forward jump over the fence and you will see to the left the Goathenge. Now simple run or headbutting the stones until all stones are down on the ground.

In the interest of making as much of a one-stop-shop as possible apart from collectibles, I've compiled all 28 achievements that aren't related to the two big sets of collectibles into one video.

For What is its purpose? you'll want to trash the stonehenge. Look for it near the hill where the goat-fighting ring adjacent to the corn fields. Ram into one of the rocks to make them fall over like dominoes and unlock this.

This achievement can be seen starting at the 04:55 mark in the video below.

This Achievement is on the Goatville map, when you spawn head to the road and face the exit tunnel. At this point spin 180 degrees and head to the top left passed the telephone wire and keep going till you get to a circle of rocks then make them fall over. Your achievement will now pop. If you want more guidance there is a video below

This is attainable in Goat Ville.

Starting from the spawn point with the house behind you, run forward over the fence and to the left and through the trees you will see a pattern of standing stones in a circle. Headbutt one of them and they will fall like dominoes. If they stop, just keep headbutting them until all the stones are lying on the ground. Once the message "TRASH THE GOATHENGE" appears on the screen, the achievement will unlock.

Note: It’s possible that this achievement is glitchy (in a good way) and you will unlock it by doing something completely random in Goat Ville. It is not unattainable; just might unlock without actually fulfilling the requirements.

In GoatVille there is a stone structure similar to the real life Stonehenge. It is located in the woods past the goat tower and the power tower. Simply knock over the stones to unlock the achievement.

The stones are good, but they are not suitable for fighting a drifting car...

You can take the dragon mutator, then just click 3-4 times, all the stones fly away and your

Walk up and touch one of the vertical stones. There will be a chain reaction and everyone will fall. Enjoy watching!)
