How to unlock the Bird Flu achievement in God of War: Ghost of Sparta - Definitive Guide

Just like with all the previous God of War titles, there are more phoenix feathers in the game than you need.

These will be in the wider chests throughout the game. You will need 15 of them total (every 5 = magic increase).

I had 15 completed shortly after I returned to the sunken Atlantis.

Missable!
For this trophy, you must collect 15 Phoenix Feathers to fully upgrade your magic to maximum. There are plenty of opportunities to collect these for there are more than 15 Phoenix Feathers in the game. Once you've collected the 15th Phoenix Feathers, this trophy will be yours. All other Phoenix Feathers chests found later in the game will turn into red orbs chest with either green/blue orbs.

If you suddenly completed the game and missed at least one feather, then the trophy will not pop up.

Just start a new game and collect the first feathers you get (how many are missing)

In total you need to collect 15 feathers. There are many more chests in the game. By the end of the game you will definitely collect everything.
