God of War II

There are a couple of ways to unlock this trophy. It can be done during campaign game play, or after completing the game you can do this in the Challenges.

Campaign story method:

Unlike the other collectibles in the game, you do not acquire cyclops eyes by finding them in chests. Instead you need to get them straight from the source. There will be a couple of places in the game where you will encounter the little grunt enemies that blow a horn and summon a cyclops. Try not to kill the little horn blowers for as long as possible. Beat up on the cyclops until he is stunned and has the "circle' prompt over his head, then execute the QTE to rip his eye out. Note that you must first pull the horn blowers off the cyclops before the QTE prompt will appear. The horn blowers will continue to summon more cyclops as long as you don't kill them, so try to avoid hitting them as you fight the larger beasts. Eventually, however, they will die from you pulling them from the backs of the cyclops.

Challenge method:

After completing the game, you will unlock Challenge of the Titans Mode. After beating Challenge Mode, you will be able to set up a challenge where you are invincible, and only cyclops' will spawn. Just go to town on them until you get 20 eyes.

After completing the campaign you will unlock (in treasures) the Challenge of the Titans, here in Challenge 1 is a great place to farm the Cyclops Eyes. I simply activated Rage of the Titans to damage the Cyclops (trying to kill or knock away the little enemy who tries to ride the Cyclops, before he gets on top), then initiaiting the sequence to take the eye. Upon completing the challenge, be sure to SAVE instead of clicking restart, then click return to Challenge Select and simply do the process again, taking the eye, saving and returning to the menu to start again until you hit 20.

There are only 2 places in the main game where you can rip out the eyes of Cyclops. One is where you topple over the Temple in the Bog of the Forgotten and the other is outside the Temple of Fates. You can either farm Cylcops Eyes there OR use the easier method by doing Challenge of the Titans 1 over and over until you have 20 eyes. Just remember to save and go back to the Challenge menu after every time you beat the Challenge or else your progress won't be saved.

Sutasu's tip
First you finish Challenge of the Titans, it will unlock Arena of Fates. There just pick infinite health and 1 Cyclops Berserker and turn respawn on. I found it a lot easier than fighting cyclops and the riders, who are usually trying to hit me or ride the dude. You also don't need to restart the challenge.
