Just use Euryale's Head 30 times to shatter enemies then have them die. Friendly fire does count towards the total as well for both stoning and shattering. And so do enemies on Challenge of the Titans. I suggest using Challenge 3 here because you need to stone shatter 25 enemies in order to win the Challenge, and you'll probably end up getting over 30 most of the time. But most players should get it in Single Player.

In single player is possible get it without the Euryale's Head. There is place, near to first rock Minotaur, with a lot of weak enemies and beams that stone you (and enemies). Shatter 30 enemies here and pop up the trophy.

There are several ways of getting this trophy:

The easiest way is after you have obtained the Head of Eurayle. Just use its magic to petrify enemies and then shatter them. Rinse and repeat 30 times.

Another method, only a bit more diffficult, is to use L1 to parry the gaze of the medusa enemies, then hit the appropriate button prompt. This will stone the medusa, and any other close by enemies, and you can then shatter them.

You can also get this during one of the challenges during Challenge of the Titans, after completing the game.
