Just upgrade one weapon to level 2 and you will get this trophy. This will probably be one of the first trophies, if not THE first, that you get.

4,000 souls -> upgrade Blades of Exile -> the trophy is yours

When you get Apollo's bow, you will already have accumulated about 2500 experience and this is the required amount of experience to upgrade the bow to level 2 (i.e. to the maximum)
