God of War Ragnarök

After you have done enough runs, you will start to see a purple glowing item on the ground in front of a painting of Kratos, located just to the right of the exit of the first room. This item is a boat captain key. Continue to complete runs after you pick up the first key and each run after that a new key should spawn, until you have all three.
