In Arcade Mode, select Tokyo R246 in the City tracks. Choose the CR-Z '10, or any Honda in your Favourites.
Just after the race starts, the building you need is on the left side of the road - look for the Castrol billboards. Stop outside the building and press Start to quit out of the race. Once the replay starts press X. As soon as the car comes to a stop outside the building press Start again and go into photo mode. Position the camera so that both the car and the building foyer are in view and take the photo. The trophy is now yours.
