Raise a B-Spec driver to the peak of his career.

How to unlock the The Air of Experience achievement in Gran Turismo 5 - Definitive Guide

To get this you need to do 500 B-Spec days, so it would advised to go for this with your first driver you create as you need to get to class 30 and level 40 with a B-spec driver as well. Also note once you reach this he will start to deteriorate and not be as good anymore.

Edit: If you go to profile in GT mode and click on the driver you use most, you will see a bar titled career and once that has been filled thats when you have reached 500 days and is when you will unlock the trophy.

i dont have my PS3 at the moment so i cant check if you can actually see how many days are done, there is a little bar under the driver that rises after each race though

In my opinion, it’s best to replay not the first race in races for beginners, but the third! On Tsukub you need to drive 4 laps, on average 37 seconds each (if you have Red Bull), and on the first race - 6 laps, on average 26 seconds each (also for RB). We multiply.) As a result, we have 148 seconds versus 156 seconds. The difference isn't significant, but when you have to complete the same race 250 times, that adds up to 33 minutes. Agree, it’s better to drive around Tsukuba, especially since the money is the same here and there.

the career scale grows for all racers at the same time, no matter which one of them completed the race.

The scale does not grow simultaneously, as was written here. You take one racer and play 500 races for him. That's how I got this trophy.

After level 40, there were about 330 races (not won, but only participation), I finished off on Tsukuba on Red Bull, in the end the prize was given when there were 473 races (425 won), the second racer had 27 races, I don’t know, or it adds up for two (up to 500, the other two racers had 18 races each), or the amount (per racer) depends on the complexity of the tracks

To receive this trophy, you need to completely fill the “Career” scale for one racer.

To do this, one rider must take part in 500 races.

The easiest way to replay the first race is in races for beginners.
