Complete All of Packie's missions.

The last one is called "Three Leaf Clover" and the objective is to rob a bank. Complete this mission, and you will get $250,000 and this achievement.

This will come with progression through the story missions.

Complete the "Three Leaf Clover" mission, Packie's last mission and you'll get this after you complete it. Here's a video in case you need any help with this mission (Thanks goes out to the well-known YouTube user "GTAmissions" aka Boner Jones for the video)

this trophy will unlock when you complete the mission "three leaf clover" the bank robbery mission from packie mcgreary Hope It helps :)
the 3rd island will open for niko after the misson
