The earliest location is behind a building on top of what looks like a loading bay (see the map above- it's the orange dot in Los Santos).

*HOW TO PULL OFF A STEALTH KILL*

Easy!

Equip your knife (Rb to scroll through).
Hit the left analog stick to crouch.
Choose your unsuspecting victim.
Hold RT to target your victim.
Approach from behind.
When CJ lifts his knife above his head- press B and knife dat fool!


Alternatively, you can also snag this achievement on the mission 'Mad Dogg Rhymes' (the 2nd mission for OG loc). You will have a knife given to you and asked to perform a stealth kill at the start after entering Mad Doggs mansion.

Then...
*ACHIEVEMENT UNLOCKED*

ASSASSIN!

This achivement you can get through while playing in the game, at the mission "Madd Dogg's Rhymes" from OG Loc. Follow the mission and kill the first guard for get this achievement.
