If you are already loaded from playing the game and you just want a quick way to get this then go to the tattoo shop in Los Santos, just outside grove street. When selecting where to get a tattoo just go to lower back and just keep buying the Dagger and the Angel over and over again. Takes 2 minutes tops.

Achievement - Metrosexual

How to earn enough money.
Part 1 - Money
1. The fastest way to earn money is to kill drug dealers.
2. You can find them anywhere in the main city.
3. You will get 2000+ per dealer killed.
4. I suggest saving after every dealer.

How to spend it fast
Part 2 - Buying
1. Go to the barber shop. (Scissor Icon)
2. You can go in purchase the Elvis Haircut and exit.
3. Go back into the barbers and choose a different hairstyle and purchase.
4. Now once again enter the barbers now purchase the Elvis again.
5. Repeat the last steps until the achievement pops.

Other Achievements - The American Dream

For this Achievement you have to purchase a House.

1. Repeat (Part 1 - Money) from the Achievement guide above. You need $10,000 for a house.
2. When you have the money go to the map at the start menu. Look for a Green House Icon, this means that the house is for sale.
3. Make your way to the house you wish to buy.
4. When you arrive walk upto the house, you will be prompted to press LT to purchase the house. The Achievement should now pop.

To unlock this achievement you have to collect some money ($6969) then buy clothes, haircuts or tattoos. You cannot buy the clothes more times unlike in PC version, only the haircuts or tattoos.

GET MONEY
You can get a lot of money by killing drug dealers in Los Santos (about $2500 per dealer). Be careful, they always have a pistol! Hit them by car and collect the money, this is the easiest way. You have to kill about 3 dealers.

Go to a shop (white t-shirt icon on the map), go inside and enter the red marker to buy clothes.

I found that early on in the game ambulance and firefight missions give you lots of money, playing them enough will allow you to gather enough money for this achievement.


Red: firetruck
Blue: Ambulance

so you will have to do the ambulance or firefighter missions until you get enough, that will be about 8-15 levels of them. (might depend on what you do, and you will get more money each the more levels that are stacked.) it won't take very long.

(i did not add the tips on how to complete the ambulance and firefight missions, there are achievements for getting to level 12 in each one of them, if you need help with completing them check the solutions for those achievements)

when you get over 6,969 go and buy clothes, hairstyles and tattoos until it pops!
You will unlock the ability to get a hair cut and tattoos after the second missions.
Buying Tattoo's is fastest,
as AbmaOnline said keep buying the 2 tattoo's on the lower back, you should get them fairly quick.

L4D II JoK3r noted that if you want to keep the money you can save the game right before you start buying and as soon as you get the achievement you can dashboard or load that manual save and you should have all the money and the achievement.

I made this achievement at the end of the game when I already had enough money to buy anything, to make this achievement quickly go to a barber and tattoo artist and spend it on the most expensive ones to get the achievement, I did it in Las Venturas the top of the map, where there are others more expensive hair types and tattoos, I do not recommend buying clothes because it will take too long.
