Your wanted level is a reflection of how much destruction you cause in a single killing spree. The more people you kill and cars you blow up without dying or getting busted, the higher your wanted level will get. Each new wanted star you earn will bring with it tougher law enforcement, with the army trying to take you down upon earning the sixth star wanted level. This trophy is easily obtained once you have unlocked the Rhino after collecting 90 hidden packages. It will then spawn at Fort Baxter Air Base just north of Escobar International Airport. Once you have obtained the tank, just drive around and cause as much damage as possible by blowing up cars and people. You will quickly earn a wanted level, then just continue to kill cops and blow up their cars and soon enough you will reach six wanted stars. The tank is indestructible and can only be destroyed if you flip it or you drive it into the water, just be sure to keep moving so a cop doesn't pull you out and arrest you.
