This trophy will likely come through natural progression of the game, especially once you start doing Vigilante missions. If by the end of the game you haven't obtained the trophy, it is best to use the Rhino after collecting 90 hidden packages and then proceed to drive around the city blowing up every car you can find until the trophy unlocks.
