Grand Theft Auto: Vice City

There are numerous properties you can purchase throughout the game. These become available after completing certain missions, specifically the "In the Beginning…" and "Rub Out" missions. There are two types of properties in the game. These include safehouses where you can save your game, store vehicles and change your clothes, as well as assets which provide you with a limited number of missions as well as on going daily profit. At the entrance to each purchasable property will be a floating green symbol. To purchase the property, simply press when standing close to the symbol. If the symbol appears red then the property is not yet available and you will need to progress the story further.

In order to unlock this trophy you will need to purchase at least 10 properties, however, in order to obtain 100% completion you will need to purchase all of them. Below is a list of all properties that can be purchased in the game, including their cost and a map of their exact location:

Safehouse #1: Ocean View Hotel - You will acquire this property at the beginning of the story (free).
Safehouse #2: Vercetti Estate - Located in Starfish Island (Complet “Rub Out”).
Safehouse #3: 3321 Vice Point - Located in Vice Point ($2,500)
Safehouse #4: Links View Apartment - Located in Vice Point ($6,000)
Safehouse #5: El Swanko Casa - Located in Vice Point ($8,000)
Safehouse #6: 1102 Washington Street - Located in Washington Beach ($3,000)
Safehouse #7: Ocean Heights Apartment - Located in Ocean Beach ($7,000)
Safehouse #8: Skumole Shack - Located in Downtown ($1,000)
