Start a new game and press cn_RB to skip and for the first playthrough just press cn_A anytime a choice appears.

After getting returned to the main menu start a new game and choose the top option "Yes, I wish to continue." then choose the bottom options "Stay Positive" and that will unlock the full 1000G!
