During the dance tracks, a card will come up that says 'Show Your Moves'. As soon as this activates, move around as energetically as you can using your arms and your legs. You seem to get more time on some tracks than others. I got it easily during Grease Is The Word.

Another tricky trophy to unlock, but not too hard if you know where to try it and how to do it.
You can select Greased Lightning (Medium) and wait for the yellow Show Your Moves section; once there, start to move the PS Move controller in short-middle circles as fast as you can. If you are fast enough, you will gain 3 stars before this sections ends, netting you the trophy right away.
Another great song to unlock this trophy is Jailhouse Rock; this song has one of the longest Show Your Moves section in the game so you have more room for error here.
