How to unlock the Hopelessly Devoted achievement in Grease Dance - Definitive Guide

The game consists of 20 songs on Karaoke Mode; 8 Easy, 8 Medium, and 4 Hard Songs. In order to "Get High Scores" you just need to appear on the "Top Singers" board for every song, which means over 100,000 points in every song. You don't need to be first, third is good enough.

NOTE: I found only two songs to be even close to a challenge; "Born To Hand Jive" and "Yakety Yak". Both songs are short (at least the parts the count for points) so you'll want to sing as accurate as possible in order to avoid replying.

Well I got the achievement for Song Bird Shak and I swear I posted High scores to to all of them..but still no achievement... I didn't get A+ for a few of them, so I'm going to go back and try to get the A+'s for those songs and hopefully then it will unlock.. but I nev4er posted any high score lower than 2nd place...so your solution may be a little off.

I got this with placing second or third on a couple of songs. I got an A+ when I placed anywhere in the top three, not just when I had the top score.

Place your mic up to your main speaker and turn it up. You will make number 1 in just about every song except Yakitee Yak and Born to Hand Jive. The problem with these songs are the speaking parts when you say "Don't Talk Back" or the "How low can you go" part in Hand Jive. The way around this is to say them yourself and then put the mic back to the speaker.

I found a pretty cheese way to do this. In karaoke mode, scratching the top of a microphone quickly with just enough force will cause the microphone to pick up sound and essentially combo the songs. I was able to get well over the required scores needed while getting perfects on most pages of notes. Absolutely no singing required. With this in mind, looping sound from the tv to game also worked a bit, but not as successfully. A fan to the microphone may work too.

I am unsure if the Kinect will have similar results.

This game mode has 20 songs. Almost every one of them are locked, so you need to keep playing this mode to unlock more songs. You need to reach the 1st (200,000) 2nd (150,000) or 3rd (100,000) position in the leaderboard on every song to gain this trophy. The fan trick can do this for you.
