While you dance, you will be unlocking more songs, so for this trophy, you need to complete all Easy and Medium songs to unlock the 3 last songs in Hard and the trophy.
So in summary, you need to dance the first 12 songs no matter the points you earn; the trophy will pop as soon as you complete all Medium songs in Dance mode.
