You'll be graded for each dance move; Perfect, Good, OK or Poor. If you get a Poor your streak will be reset so all you need to do is perform 25 moves at OK or above.

A hard trophy indeed and this is because the PS Eye recognition. Same as I Got Chills... trophy, but here you need to perform 25 notes in a row; Perfect, Good or Ok notes are allowed.
A couple of recommendations could be Look At Me, I’m Sandra Dee (Easy) or Born To Hand Jive (Hard), but if you manage to do a better performance in any other song, you should stick with it until the trophy pops.
