To have a good reputation with the Natives, you need to complete quests and make decisions that positively affect your reputation with them. The Native's reputation gain is somewhat different than the other factions as there are many more opportunities to earn it. There is a series of quests that are done for the Natives and these will also give huge boosts to your reputation with the Natives. The main quest is called 'The Children of Teer Fradee' and is broken down into the following sub-quests; 'An Aspiring Merchant', 'A Peculiar Alliance', 'Inquisition', 'Camp of the Ordo Luminis', 'Logging Expedition' and 'The Blood Prince'. You initiate this series of quests by speaking to the Native merchant in New Serene.

During these quests make sure to make decisions that will help the Natives or otherwise at least not upset them. You can afford to lose some reputation here and there with the Natives since there are a lot more opportunities to increase it, compared to the other factions. So if you find yourself in a situation where you have to lose Native reputation or any other faction, it may be better to accept the reputation loss from the Natives to preserve your reputation with other factions.
