Just a quick heads up to those trying to complete this achievement: It is not 200 ingredients, it is 200 nodes that need to be collected.
It looks like it is bugged and only unlocks if you do it in one session.
I used a campsite with a few bushes and tree collectibles nearby, slept for 4 days to respawn them, then collected them again. It took less than 30 minutes.
Furthermore, small stumps did not seem to count for me, those counted as containers, similar to boxes in the cities.
I presume this will get patched so you do not have to complete it in one sitting, but if you want the completion, this worked for me.
Good luck, and this was a great AA title and deserves our support. No microtransactions, new IP, fun little rpg with meaningful decisions.

Thanks, pretty sure I’ve collected thousands by now with no luck.
The Vigshadir Camp in The Ancients’ Woods has the berry bush clearing slightly NE of it, making this take maybe 15 minutes with the method mentioned above.

As Sir Thayne indicates this has to be done in one session. I recommend going to the Frasoneigad region. Then go to the Vigshadhir camp. Go NW to the river where there are ten or so bushes. Collect the berries from the bushes and then return to the camp fire. Rest for 4 days and repeat until the achievement pops. You have to loot 200 times, not simply collect 200 ingredients.

Exact spot I used. There's a few other bushes scattered around the camp as well. Great solution.

Good solution. I completed the game and did not have this achievement somehow... Even though I'm certain I picked up 200+ Ingredients. Anway, like you stated... Ran a loop in this area and got it in like 15 Mins or so.

A very strange trophy. There were over 400 berries and over 300 mushrooms. as stated above, until I put everything from my inventory into the chest and started collecting everything again, slept by the fire, collected it, etc., only then did the achievement come out. The truth is gathering quite quickly, near Hekmet.
