This is the same as the other kill related achievements once you obtain Blade Whip, which should come along during mission 4 if you choose to purchase it. Just spam this attack over and over till it pops.

You can buy this construct for 16000 upon reaching level 3, which you can get to on mission 1

The Blade Whip must be purchased. Once purchased simply defeat 10 enemies.
