Easy one, once your ring surge bar fills up, hit LB + RB to use Ring Surge. Don't worry about saving it up, especially later in the game, power ups will make it recharge super fast. You should be able to get this sometime in Mission 4 if you use it liberally.

Ring surge builds up by attacking enemies. Once your surge bar is full (top left hand corner) press 
+
to activate it. Once activated on the tenth time the trophy will pop.
