Ring Surge Powerups

There are 4 upgrades for the Ring Surge ability. Each upgrade can be purchased twice. You will need a total of 160,000 XP to purchase all Ring Surge upgrades.

Will Power - By doing damage you will fill the Ring Surge meter faster.
Stamina - Drastically extends the duration of Ring Surge.
Warrior - Damage is increases for all basic attacks and Construct powers when Ring Surge is active.
Guardian - Your actions are not interrupted and your defense is drastically improved during Ring Surge.

This is simply obtained by purchasing all the upgrades to ring surge gain rate, duration, Warrior- hich is construct and attack power boost during surge, and finally Guardian which increases your defense during ring surge as well as other effects. All of these have a second tier after the first and all tiers must be purchased for this to pop.
