Go to your Career, and then Events. You need to win a tournament in the first path (Speedball) and the second path (Woodsball). Speedball will consist of 2 Flag CTF, while Woodsball will consist of 2 Flag CTF and Point Capture (capture any or all of the 3 points on the map).
Point Capture is rather simple. Any play style will work so long as you capture 2 or 3 points and hold them for the majority of the time. Each second a point is held provides 1 point, so all 3 points being held by your team will provide 3 points a second. Trek back and forth from one side to the other to make sure they aren't nearing your points. To capture, just touch the flag (walk up against it). Recaptures work the same. The game will end when the time is up.

In career go to events, there will be 3 different game types for you to play in just win the Pev’s Weekend Warrior Challenge under the speedball event and Pev’s Flagsport CTF Tournament under Woodsball.
