These events will range from one (1) to five (5) matches; and one (1) to seven (7) rounds. They're fairly easy to beat, but I set it to the easiest difficulty anyway just to keep it simple since I'm new to the game.
To make your team better, trade out lower-tiered players for higher ones, which will cost a little bit of in-game money and upgrade your equipment.

Just complete all of the Woodsman events. There are 14 of them in total you have to win. It doesn’t matter what difficulty you complete them on. Below is a list of the tournaments - game type - and number of matches you have to play in.
