You dont have to take many shots. Play on easy 5-5 flag capture. Move near midfield and wait for your opponent to come into view. shoot once to eliminate and repeat twice. You do not have to win the round to get the achievement.

Go for this in one of the first tourneys, if you are in career. I chose RecBall. Let your team stay back, via orders or by picking the defensive play style at the start. Just run down one side of the map until you find someone. Dodge their shots and wipe if you get hit, walk up to them and shoot once. Do this two more times.

You have to get 3 hits, to maintain 25% and get the achievement you need to shoot a maximum of 12 times and get 3 hits out of those 12.

As long as you take your time and don’t spray paintballs everywhere you should get this during your career play through. You can go into exhibition and go to options. Change mode to Elimination, location to Custom Field and team size to 5 vs. 5. Set the bots skill to rookie. You will want to change markers to pistol only and paint to single hopper/clip. Go to rules and set weather to clear/sunny and wind to none. Just run to the middle and take your time eliminating the other team since you only have one clip as long as you eliminate 3 opponents your hit percentage will be above 25%.
