As the round starts out try and get behind the enemy by going down the sideline. Once you are behind them try and shoot one in the back. Most likely you will get this during your career play through. When in career mode when you die you take control of one of your teammates if reinsertion is off for that tournament. I was able to get this trophy while playing 2-Flag and dying, as soon as I took over my teammates body I was behind the enemy and was able to shoot him in the back. The trophy will unlock right after you do this so if it doesn't you weren’t on your opponents side of the field.
