In order to get this trophy you have to be playing in at least a 5 vs. 5 match. To call a field command you have to press while your cross hairs are on or near a teammate. You should see a big yellow exclamation point (!) above them. After you do that a menu will pop up with three commands to choose from. to advance your team, to take cover, and to take aim. Just point anywhere on the field and press one of the three commands. You will have to do this for three different teammates. If you put the yellow exclamation point on the ground the closest member of your team near it will follow your orders. Just win the round and the trophy will pop up.
