There are quite a few trophies in the game that require you do make custom item. For these go to "career" from the main menu and after selecting the difficulty a menu will come allowing you to choose any character you want. From this menu you can customize basically anything related to your character or band. Creating new items can also be done. After creating a custom character, this trophy will be yours.
