Guitar Hero: Metallica

This Secret Achievement is entitled, "Master Of Puppets". To achieve this, you must score the highest individual score on a song in a band. Now while it doesn't say (4 Players), I have found that this is not the case. You must have a FULL band in order to obtain this achievement. It wont count unless you do so. I easily outscored other people in the band several times, but until there was 4 it never unlocked. A good way of boosting this, is obviously to have everyone on Beginner while you play on a higher difficulty such as Medium or Hard.

Have a friend host a band game online (or use another profile to host it local), join the game as guitar player. Join all your instruments then start the game. If you don't have the full band hopefully people will join your game. Choose the song battery, then play a few notes on guitar. Then have to host quit, the game will stop and you will get the achievement.

I was on my own so I set up the full band, with 3 guest accounts and my own account logged as the guitarist as it was easier to strum one-handed (ho ho) and keep the other 'players' in it.

Then I put everyone on Beginner and basically embarrassed myself by jumping around and doing just enough to ensure no one quit out whilst strumming the guitar as much as possible to ensure that scored highest.

Basically this involved having a guitar slung around my waist, the bass propped up on the sofa, and the drum kit next to me.

Then I'd sing, occasionally strum bass and guitar together, or guitar and pat the drums together, whenever one of them went into the red.

I probably looked like an idiot, but it worked!

I also did this for the Vocalist's Coat-tails achievement on Guitar Hero World Tour except my account was logged into the mic obviously.
