First off, you need a World Tour drumkit (which you need anyway for the 1k). Don't ask me where to get one, that's up to you. Secondly, you need a friend.
One of you will be playing the actual drums and the other will be playing the bass pedal. Yes, you will only need one bass pedal.
So basically this is how the world tour pedal works: When you push down on the pedal, a circular part hits a sensor, causing the game to realise you hit the pedal. Since it's all based around that sensor (which you will find when you look at the base of the pedal), the bass pedal can be exploited easily. If you hit the plastic to the left and right of the sensor, it will still think you are hitting the pedal. By doing this, you can keep a steady drumroll going on the pedal, and with enough practice, 5 star the song.
Be sure to take advantage of all star power activations. It's best to activate them during the crazy pedal sections if you can make it through the rest of the song without failing. The flood is still hard even with this method, so all I can say is practice.
Here is the link to the thread on x360a my friend IceKingz made. It's probably a little more clear than what I have if you read it. Credit to him for discovering how to do this: http://www.xbox360achievements.org/forum/showthread.php?t=16...
If you want to get this solo, you will have to have a double bass pedal. This song is madness. I don't really have any tips for you other than practice.
Here's 2 Youtube videos to help too:
First and foremost, you need to become proficient at expert level. You're going to have to play a good amount of medium and hard to get there, and then an even larger amount of expert until you can consistently get 5 stars on most expert songs. No way around it.
Unfortunately, you're about halfway done at this point. Now it's time to introduce a second pedal and begin expert+ mode. It will feel very awkward at first to use both feet if you've never done it before. But with time, you'll get the hang of keeping a steady, pounding rhythm by alternating feet. A great song to get good at in order to build these skills is Laid To Rest- it's not nearly as hard as Raining Blood, and it builds your leg proficiency.
Once you've got the alternating kick patterns down it's just a matter of increasing them up to the speed you need for Raining Blood. This is no easy feat, so it will take quite a bit of sticking with it to get to where you need to be. Once you finally decide to tackle Raining Blood, you may find that you can do decently in the beginning of the song, but you tire out after a minute or so. In this case you may want to pause the song quickly and take a few minutes to recharge, before you continue to the end. In the long run, this will help your score far more than it will hurt it.
In the end, this is quite possibly one of the hardest drumming achievements in any GH or RB game (along with a few from Green Day RB), and it's a female dog to get. If you do decide to follow my advice, you will not only pick up the achievement in the process but a newfound love for the series as well. Heck, I got it months ago and I don't see myself quitting GH any time soon.
Peace, and good luck.
It does take a shitload of practice, which is why I just preferred playing all of the GH/RB games for fun to build up skill rather than repeating songs over and over.
The biggest problem with this achievement is stamina - as the name suggests it takes its tole on your feet!
And the amount of times I 5 starred it and failed at the end... Man...

TUTORIAL
1. You will need any GH Drums "Brain" , a USB to MIDI cable, and a PC or Mac capable of installing and running the free software called REAPER(http://www.reaper.fm/download.php) . I recommend the USB to MIDI cable I use, it’s cheap and functional http://www.surplustronics.co.nz/product/173.011/9541-origina....
2. DO NOT EXPECT THIS TO WORK ON THE FIRST TRY. I would allow 10-30 minutes per trophy/song in Guitar Hero.
3. You will need to go to the link above to download a free 60 day trial of REAPER. You will be using REAPER to play the files I provide to your GH Drums "Brain" MIDI INPUT and obviously in-game too.
4. After REAPER has been installed choose the song you want to play from the directory of files. Click on the link above and download the file you need.
5. Get your GH Drums "Brain" andd USB to MIDI cable. Connect your USB to MIDI cable to your computer, plug the MIDI out end of the cable into the MIDI INPUT of your Drums Brain, and then plug your Drums Adapter into your Playstation 3.
6. Open up the file you downloaded in REAPER by double clicking it and on the input/output option on the “Part_Drums” MIDI file choose your USB-to-MIDI cable as the MIDI OUTPUT.
7. Zoom in and drag the start point as close to the first note as you can without touching the first note.
8. Start up the game of your choice and select the song that matches the file you have downloaded and opened.
9. Start the song and get ready to press play in REAPER.
10. There is a slight delay between pressing the play button in REAPER and when REAPER actually starts playing the notes, so press play slightly before the first note crosses the “hit zone” in Guitar Hero .
11. If you have timed it perfectly, great, REAPER will now play 100% of the notes in the song and unlock the desired trophy.
12. If REAPER is missing notes it is because you pressed play either too early or too late. All you need to do to get REAPER to work is to is try again and again. I found the easiest way is to first hit stop in REAPER, restart the song, and try again.

This is the hardest trophy in the game IMO. You have to get 5 stars on the song Raining Blood on Expert+ drums.
First of all, start with a lower difficulty like Medium. 5 star it. Move on to Hard and 5 star it. Then move on to Expert. Expert is exactly like Expert+ but with no double bass parts. You should first train the song so that you pass it. The hardest parts are First Blood and the outro. For first blood the riff is going very fast. Just focus on hitting the kicks and snares correctly. Don't care that much about the cymbals. Just randomly hit the cymbal to pass that part. Now comes the hardest part. The outro. It's rhythm is very hard. You have to alternate between hitting the cymbals and snares. Practice it in practice mode. What I did was keep playing it until I mess up. Then I activated the star power I saved for it and started just hitting all the notes that showed up in random order and pretty fast. That way you can pass the outro.
After this, I made sure I could 5 star the song on Expert. This isn't really that hard. You have to save star power and activate during the easy parts. That way you should hit the 5 star mark before the outro. Then just make sure you complete the outro.
After this you have to move to Expert+. This is where you'll notice why the trophy is called Bloody Feet. There are two ways of getting it.
Single player method. This is the hardest. You'll do it all by yourself. You have to purchase a second kick pedal because it is impossible with 1. Practice the fast kicks and use star power well. Make sure you won't fail the outro by saving some star power there. If you can pull this out by yourself, you can call yourself an excellent drummer.
Second method is two player method. You can do this with two players. One plays the drums and the other the kicks. The person playing the kicks can either use his feet or if you have extra drum sticks, drum the kick pedal with the sticks. This way you don't need two pedals. Use star power well and save it for the outro.
To get 5 stars, you'll need to score about 345,000 points.
Below is a video showing how to get 5 stars on Expert+.
