Can anyone confirm if this is now working? It seems to have come back online, at least for GH Metallica.

I’m wondering if you can pop this achievement by having someone who has a downloaded song sign into your account and play that song. I have a friend who has the achievement so I’m gonna see if they can test it out for me.

I started a petition to possibly get GHTunes back online or for Activision to at least create a patch that allows people to get the achievements Via an update. http://chng.it/tpjQkC5HDb

Unfortunate news. Got the chance to try the experiment I mentioned a few years back. Someone with a downloaded song loaded my account on that Xbox, played a song, and had no luck popping the achievement. So I think the achievement pop logic is strictly tied to downloading a song :(

From Main Menu go to Music Studio then pick GHTunes. Browse the songs and pick any and download it. After you've downloaded it, you'll get the trophy.
