There's a total of 48 songs that you have to complete to unlock this achievement. Starting from the easy to hard, with Through the fire and flames being the last song you need to complete in career.

For this trophy you have to play through the songs in career with Bass. Enter career menu with your guitar controller and make sure to pick bass when the game asks you to pick between it and guitar.
You can do this with any difficulty setting. Play enough songs until you get enough stars to unlock the final song 'Through the Fire and Flames' and complete it to get the trophy.
