Just create an instrument in the character create menu. Just pick any instrument, edit it the way you want, and make sure to save it.

Go to Career and pick any instrument. From the career menu pick Edit Rocket, go to Instrument and pick any instrument. Then select Save and New Save. Name it anything and accept. After it saves, you'll get the trophy.
