Self explanatory, just play 20 online matches (Battle, Band VS Band, Pro Face Off or Face Off). You don't even have to win 20 times, just play 20 times. Win or lose, doesn't matter, nor does quitting by the other player.

I’ve played no exaggeration probably almost 50 matches with different friends since I’ve got the game, all pro face off and I still haven’t gotten this :/

If you want to get this achievment the fast way, find someone you can boost with.
Have him/her join your game and choose BATTLE.
Every time the game starts up, strum till u lose.
Repeat 19 times and the 20G is yours!
