Hey. By the way, there are 48 songs in any one career.

For this trophy you have to play through the songs in career with Guitar. Enter career menu with your guitar controller and make sure to pick guitar when the game asks you to pick between it and bass.

You can do this with any difficulty setting. Play enough songs until you get enough stars to unlock the final song 'Through the Fire and Flames' and complete it to get the trophy.
